2011 came and went, and my only race ran was Allianz Penang Bridge Half Marathon.
I trained like a rookie and ran even worse, haha!
Official time was 3hrs 35mins which is worst than my first half marathon!
So it's time to pick my sorry ass off the sofa, put on my crumbling running shoes, and hit the road!
Consider it a complete reset so I'm gonna start from zero and build up and hopefully get fit enough to run some races.

1) plan training & mileage, re-establish base
2) plan annual budget for shoes, race fees, transport, hotel, etc, etc
3) get new shoes
4) put up tracking charts
5) RUN - train consistently and re-establish base
Goal : get back in shape like the glory years when I was capable of a half-mara every other week, and build on it
Extended goal: Penang Bridge Full Mara???
