First entry of 2010 only at end of Jan?
Goals this year as follows:
1. Keep training consistently
2. Drop to 140#
3. Attempt first marathon "42 at 42"
4. Run injury free
5. More hill training

Queensbay corner ---------------- 6:42 40:27 --> 6km
Last roundabout (near Intel)----- 6:07 46:34 --> 6.5km
Return trip
Queensbay corner ------------------ 6:34 53:09 --> 7km

Hmm not bad today. Not the fastest, but kinda "frisky". Still, a 60-yr old vet runner sayured me. And weather was superb, really breezy like. And plenty of runners training, perhaps for next week's nite marathon.
No race registration yet this year.

11 April - Malakoff 26km (Penang)
27 Jun - Standard Chartered's KL Marathon 42 km - 1st attempt
21 Nov - Penang Bridge 21km (or dare to do 42 again?)
