Another sub-1hr 10k

Two days has elapsed since the draining 22k LSD on Sunday. Yesterday, supposed to run, but forgot to bring shoes. So today, with two days of rest and plenty of glycogen stores, decide to try for another fast one.

Lap 1a -- 5:53 --- 5:53 --> 1km
Lap 1b -- 5:49 -- 11:42 --> 2km
Lap 2a -- 5:54 -- 17:36 --> 3km
Lap 2b -- 6:02 -- 23:38 --> 4km
Lap 3a -- 5:47 -- 29:25 --> 5km, on par
Lap 3b -- 5:53 -- 35:18 --> 6km
Lap 4a -- 6:08 -- 41:26 --> 7km
Lap 4b -- 6:08 -- 47:34 --> 8km
Lap 5a -- 6:20 -- 53:54 --> 9km
Lap 5b -- 5:57 -- 59:51 --> 10km, huh barely made it..

Then, another pleasant suprise. Post-run weight 145.6! Woohoo!
