Nearly one and a half months of not running due to overseas trip to Florida.
When I came back, the ab flab is apparent.
Have to start again, but so MALAS!
Last week, gave it a shot and totally flunked the normal 9k route. Managed maybe 5k. Timing deleted.
Today, tried to do the normal 9k route again. Pre-run weight about 143.

Mein fitness has deteriorated. Anyway, post run weight was 141 lbs. That's more like it.
